What information should you gather before listing your home?

When I list a home for sale there is a list that I gather from the owner of the home that is important to have a smoother, as stress free listing experience for the seller, buyer and myself Shannon Thomas Real Estate Broker as the acting listing agent.  

Selling your home is a stressful time and there is so much you as the seller have to do before the listing to prepare for the listing to go live. 

The list that I give the seller to fill out is meant to help all the parties involved including the Title Company, the mortgage companies, seller and buyer so the necessary information is readily available to the parties that need the appropriate information.  This reduces the amount of times that I have to contact the seller and ask for information over the life of the listing, sell and closing.
