I was previewing a house that I thought might be nice for my buyers. the house was suppose to be vacant. I fumbled with the lock and finally got it open. I stepped in and then heard this awful cry like a very upset screeching cat lion tiger. I stepped out side promply and walked back toward my car and called my husband. I told him I was at a house that was suppose to be empty but their was a very loud cat in the house. He took down my address in case I got into trouble and then I called the showing service. I told the lady who took my call about the cat and asked if there was anyone living in the house. She said she didn't think so but would call the listing agent. She called back and said that there wasn't suppose to be any cat there, so I asked her to stay on the phone while I entered. I walked through the house and went towards the loud meowing. When I got to this door I told the person on the other line I sure hoped the cat isn't hungry enough to eat humans. I opened the door and there was this black cat all cute and cuddly. He walked out and hugged my legs like cats do. I fed him a bowl of water which he drank alot of and then called the listing agent. He thanked me for being so concerned with his listing and for informing him. I told him I was worried about the cat. He said he didn't know where the cat came from that the owners didn't own one and that he had noticed lately a smell of cat in the house. He asked me to put him out if I would. I did put ol black cat out but he didn't want to go. He had evidently adopted this house and scooted between my legs a couple of times back in. He did look like he belonged there and had an air of ownership about him. I put him out though and drove away. The last I saw of him he was trying to find away back in, wonder if he did, I don't know but its been a couple of days and the black fuzzy cat is still on my mind.
